These Terms govern your access to and use of shrumhr.com and the portal at app.shrumhr.com (the “Services”).

1) Authorized Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt unauthorized access, probe or test vulnerabilities, disrupt operation, or use the Services to transmit harmful content.

2) Customer Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate user access controls and revoke access when needed.
• Ensure data entered into the platform is lawful to process.
• Use strong authentication practices and protect credentials.

3) Customer Data

Customers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of HR data entered into the platform (“Customer Data”). Avoid storing highly sensitive data unless required and properly safeguarded.

4) Availability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that affect availability.

5) Security

We use controls designed to protect the Services (access controls, logging, and secure transport). No system is 100% secure.

6) Prohibited Use

• Violating laws or infringing rights.
• Accessing data you are not authorized to access.
• Uploading malware or disrupting service.
• Reverse engineering or copying the Services beyond permitted use.

7) Intellectual Property

The Services and branding are owned by ShrumHR / Shrum Consulting Group or licensors. Customers retain rights to their Customer Data.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/revenue/data arising from use of the Services.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for security reasons. Customers may discontinue use subject to any separate agreement.
